It’s the festive season once again and it’s a time for relaxing, eating good food & spending time with friends & family. You deserve it! But Christmas is not an excuse to stop exercising altogether. Not only will exercise help you keep off the Christmas weight gain, it’ll also make you feel energised and help you work up an appetite. To help you out I’ve put together this 15 minute workout. Let’s face it, even the busiest people can find time to squeeze in 15 minutes of exercise!
