When you’re busy or you’re travelling away from home there’s no excuse to skip your workout! Here’s an easy 20 minute circuit style workout you can do anywhere. You don’t need any fancy equipment or machines, justĀ grab two water bottles for the bicep curls or use dumbbells if you have them.
– 20 squats
– 20 lunges
– 20 bicep curls
– 20 push ups
– 30 second plank
Do two rounds.
