Tuna Steak With Pineapple Salsa

Tuna
- Lightly brush the tuna with oil
- Place on a hot griddle pan for 2 mins each side
- Slice & serve
Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1/2 red chilli
- 1/4 red pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Lime juice
Instructions: Finely chop the pineapple, chilli, red pepper & parsley and combine with the lime juice

- Cook the quinoa to the instructions provided
