Tuna Steak With Pineapple Salsa

Who says healthy eating has to be boring? This tuna steak with pineapple salsa will even impress dinner party guests! Plus, it’s super easy to prepare. Follow these simple step by step instructions to prepare a filling, healthy & tasty meal.


  • Lightly brush the tuna with oil
  • Place on a hot griddle pan for 2 mins each side
  • Slice & serve

Pineapple Salsa


  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • Lime juice

Instructions: Finely chop the pineapple, chilli, red pepper & parsley and combine with the lime juice

Quinoa Salad

  • Cook the quinoa to the instructions provided
  • Add the zest & juice of a lemon, salt & pepper & lots of chopped mint. Cooked peas are an optional extra
