12 raw prawns
Black cracked pepper
Chilli flakes ( optional )
– shred lettuce and put on plate
– cook prawns on pan in a little oil till pink on both sides
– Add pinch sea salt and pepper and pinch chilli flakes .
– Drizzle a little oil and lemon juice on lettuce and add cooked prawns.
Can be served with brown rice or baked sweet potato wedges .
